Attached are the team lists and brief rules for the upcoming night race.

As you will see, all teams have been allocated a team colour. Although we will have bibs available covering a number of the team colours, it would be helpful if racers can wear the appropriate colour of their team on the night.

We have a total of 32 races on the night, so it is essential that we start on time and that allocated 'team captains' ensure their team is back at the top of the slope as quickly as possible following each race. We will have both lifts running.

We plan to start the first race at 6pm, therefore could you ensure you arrive in plenty of time to be changed and assemble outside the changing room for a quick briefing, which will cover how the evening will run. We will then commencing the first race. 

Parking will be in the usual ski-slope carpark and spectators can then walk down to the bottom of the slope for mulled wine and nibbles. (Should then be fun watching some get back up to the top after a few glasses of mulled wine!!)

We will plan some time into the evening to offer a 'non-competitive' run through the course for any parents that wish to 'have a go'.

Can I ask for some volunteers on the night to act as starters, finish marshals, gate judges and a scorer please. (Mulled wine and nibbles provided!)
